We offer same-day dispatch on most items; however, some items may take up to 5 business days.

What is your Return Policy and Procedure?

We care about our customers and their satisfaction, and hence, we want you to be happy shopping with us. We strive to build loyal customers and will try our best to enhance your experience shopping from our website Thus, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, contact us within 3 days of receiving your item and we will be happy to assist you with a full refund for the item price plus any applicable taxes; shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Full refund of the cost of the goods is conditional upon goods being returned in the original packaging, with all tags attached, and in a re-sellable condition. Return items must be unworn, undamaged, maintained as it is, unmodified, untailored, uncontaminated, unwashed, unironed, etc. Refund will be authorized only after a full inspection of the goods by the return department. Once we receive your package, please allow up to 14 business days for processing your refund, an email will be sent to you when your refund has been processed.

How to initiate your return request?

You can start your return process by filling the contact form on the website, indicating your order #, the item(s) being returned, and reason(s) for the return (you might be asked to send us pictures for approval). Otherwise, you can contact our Customer Service for your return. Returns can be sent via your local post office or any courier service of your choice. Please note, you’ll need to cover the postage costs. We recommend using a courier that offers tracking as will not be responsible for lost return shipments. Securely pack your merchandise with the invoice. Make sure not to over-stuff the packages to save on postage, because it destroys the merchandise. If merchandise is intentionally or negligently damaged by the customer, we will not be able to offer a full refund. We will either ship the item(s) back for you to keep or deduct up to 40% off the refund to be issued, depends on the damage caused. As soon as you ship your returned item(s), please inform us by email at and provide the shipment tracking number. We will process your return within 14 days of receipt, we’ll notify you via email when your return has been received and processed.

What is your Refund Policy & Procedure?

Once we receive your returned item, we will notify you. Immediately, the necessary checks are made by the return unit and the Refund Process starts. The result of the return request is transmitted though your email. It takes up from 3 to 14 days for your bank to process the payment and to reflect it onto your account. Refunds are processed to the same payment method/card used for the original purchase; there are no refunds for other accounts/cards. For Credit Card Customers, refunds will be transferred directly back to the bank account that was used for purchasing. For Paypal Customers, refunds will be sent back to your Paypal account that was used for the purchase. Note: Shipping Fees are not refunded.

How can I exchange an item?

Unfortunately, we only offer exchanges on selected items. You can return any item(s) following our Return Policy; in the meantime, you can place a new order with us. Only evening gowns/dresses can be exchanged (but not returned); please read the instructions below.

How can I check if an item is in stock?

Once you click on a product of your interest, sizes available will be clickable for you to add to your basket.

What do I do if I have a missing item from my order?

The safety of your orders matters to us the most. Hence, we recommend before accepting the package from the delivery company, you should check if it has been opened, torn, crushed, or soaked. If it has, please request a claim form by the freight company. If your package is not damaged but you are missing an item, kindly contact our Customer Service or email us at with your order details and missing item number. We will update you and resolve the issue for you as soon as possible.

How can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order by calling our Customer Service or by emailing us. If your order has not been shipped yet, the amount you paid for the shipping fee will be credited to your account. But in case of return shipment, we cannot refund the shipping charges. Items that have been shipped already cannot be cancelled; however, we will do our best to cancel your order if it is still in the processing stage.

Which products cannot be returned/exchanged?

Products that have been worn, modified, sewn, hammed, contaminated, washed, ironed are not returned or exchanged. Standard size items are not returned or exchanged. Tricot and knitted products are not returned or exchanged. Hijabs and Hijab accessories including headbands (underscarf) are not returned or exchanged. Evening gowns/dresses are not returned; however, they can be exchanged. In the event of an exchange, shipping cost will be charged to the customer.

What is the exchange procedure for evening gowns/dresses?

Exchange process for evening gowns and party dresses is only valid if you ship the product within 24 hours of receiving the item in the same maintained condition. In the event of exchange, shipping cost will be charged to the customer.

If I want to return my product, should I return the gift product you sent with my order?

If you return the product you received, you must also return the gift product that came with your order. If you wish to keep your gift, we will deduct an amount equal to the value of the gift.

Can I revoke the products I cancelled?

You can create a new order if the products you have cancelled are still available.

Can I return/exchange in store?

Yes, It is possible to return or exchange the products you buy online in store. However, be advised to read our return policy for the items that may or may not be returned/exchanged. For all other inquiries, please contact our customer service; we will make every effort to resolve your concerns.
